TEDxJacksonHole 2014 Imagine
Imagine a world were money and gender are irrelevant, where there are cures for blindness and malnutrition, where stars come down from the sky and we bring sound to life by simply walking inside it. That world will be ours as we gather at TEDxJacksonHole 2014 Imagine. On October 6, 2014 eight talks from a diverse group of local, regional and national speakers will be shared with an amazing audience at the packed Center for the Arts Theater in Jackson, Wyoming.
This event is expected to sell out. Reserved seating is now available ($20 orchestra and first two rows balcony, $10 3rd row balcony and beyond + $2 processing fee). Doors open at 5pm with food and beverages available for purchase from local vendors.
What is TEDx?
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxJacksonHole, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxJacksonHole event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
